With a rich history including launching Robert Kime textiles in the US and overseeing Luxe Lab's experiential event spaces, D’Elia's expertise spans textiles, furniture, antiques, and space curation. Her profound understanding of high-end materials and finishes allows her to craft projects that exude elegance and exclusivity on an international scale.

Account Executive and Manager of The John Rosselli Reproduction Furniture
Starting her journey working with leading designers and architects, Deirdre became the go-between for seven US showrooms representing the John Rosselli furniture line. She also played a pivotal role in launching Robert Kime’s line, which offers a historical interpretation of furniture and textiles in the US. Through these experiences, she honed her eye and skills in the aesthetic space.

Seeking more, Deirdre embarked on culinary school and cooked at a Michelin-starred restaurant in France. Upon her return to NYC, she delivered tailored interior design and exclusive private chef services to an elite clientele in NYC and the Hamptons.

​Her expertise then took her between NY and India, consulting for Sarita Handa, a renowned soft goods designer exporting to the US and Europe. Deirdre's role involved brand evolution, crafting marketing narratives, conceptualizing and overseeing photoshoots, and enhancing their hotel linen collection.

Upon her return from India with Sarita Handa, Deirdre co-spearheaded operations at a bustling Stamford, CT antique center with 85+ dealers. Collaborating closely with founding partners and the CFO, she fostered key relationships with top designers and editors, bolstering brand loyalty. Innovatively, she expanded A&A's offerings by introducing fabrics, textiles, and design services, and managed their comprehensive online presence on 1stdibs.com. Additionally, she orchestrated signature events, solidifying the center's reputation in the antique world.
